Central Administration Department

Central Administration is responsible for ensuring the implementation of governmental policies, projects and programmes at the District Assembly level.

The department guides policy formulation, planning and decision-making at the Assembly.

As part of its responsibilities, Central Administration acts as a liaison between Heads of other governmental and non-governmental agencies and the District Chief Executive (DCE), it manages financial and other resources of the Assembly in consultation with the District Chief Executive (DCE).

The Department also ensures that the capabilities, skills and knowledge of staff are well developed.

Zoomlion Ghana Limited is in charge of managing solid waste at all public places in the District

Establishment of Schools and allocation of Funds to Persons with Disability in the District.

Business Licencing »

Any individual or registered entity/organization wishing to operate a business within the District should operate under approved licence by the Assembly.

Land Allocation / Planning »

Land Allocation and Demarcation. Providing Building Permit to qualified applicant within the District.
