The Afigya Kwabre North District Assembly in collaboration with the Member of Parliament, Hon. Collins Adomako-Mensah on Monday, 3rd July, 2023 commissioned a 2no. 10-seater water closet toilet with mechanized borehole and overhead tank at Penteng and Esaase.
The project seeks to achieve government’s agenda to eliminate open defecation by improving accessibility of toilet facilities and other sanitary conditions for all towards the attainment of Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6.2).
