Afigya Kwabre North Participates in the Inter-Zonal Cultural Festival

The Inter-Zonal Cultural Festival was held on 30 June 2026 at the Offinso Christian Methodist School Park, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The programme brought together five Assemblies: Afigya Kwabre North, Offinso Municipal, Offinso North, Afigya Kwabre South, and Sekyere South Municipal.
Dignitaries present at the event included the District Education Directors, the Offinso Municipal Chief Executive, Nananom, District Cultural Officers, the various Education Cultural Coordinators, and representatives from the Regional Coordinating Council.
The Inter-Zonal Cultural Festival seeks to identify talented cultural performers from the various zones. The main objective of the festival is to showcase, promote, and preserve the rich cultural heritage of the Ashanti people while encouraging the younger generation to appreciate and embrace our cultural values and traditions.
